As a life long chef, Chef Andy seeked to express a small part of his culture by doing what he loves, cooking! El Placerito Tacos was launched in early 2012 in hopes to deliver Norwalk, CT with the most aunthentic and home style cooking possible. Its a simple Taco truck with a simple goal: the most aunthentic Mexican style tacos in the area. Chef Andy takes pride in his high quality menu, composed of fresh ingredients, authentic home style cooking, and a passion for the food in his roots. The entire menu is not only fresh, but can also be mixed and matched anyway you like!
